How are you coping with all this?

For many of us, COVID-19 has changed our lives dramatically. Experts are recommending that we work from home and practice physical distancing to protect ourselves.

Walking – it seems like such a basic activity, but it has many benefits for both physical and mental well-being and is a great way to get some exercise during this time of mandatory physical distancing.
